About the event

Do you feel like you have a lot on your mind with so much to do? Do you feel frazzled, frustrated or filled with fear for the future? Do you have trouble moving forward or accomplishing your daily tasks?

The JIGSAW method is a proven approach to have more fulfilment, peace and direction in your life. Join me for 5 days and we will establish the daily habits that lead to a more productive day and rewarding life.

The Method

Each day, we will meet on zoom for one hour. Maximum of 6 participants.  I will deliver a new letter and an activity that makes up the letters J.I. G.S.A.W.
