About the event
Meet Atta. Atta is a mum of 3 boys. She was a teacher and loved working in schools until 2021 when her career came to an abrupt end. Growing up in Poland with her family, canning was a normal part of life. With only a small fridge to keep milk and butter in, everything else had to be ‘Canned’ to preserve food through the winter.Â
In this workshop, you will learn the simple process of canning or ‘Jarring’ as Atta was taught in her homeland.Â
You will take home your own jar of Organic BEEF, non GMO, non medicated that can be used in making a casserole, pie or stew. Â
Everything is provided including the jars, lunch, snacks, drinks and great company! Please bring your $75 in cash on the day. This is a very sort after class. Space is limited so if you book please do you best to show up or don't book until you are sure you can come.  It is a full day workshop so please be prepared to stay for the duration.
You will have the best fun learning about how to preserve food for the long term.Â
