About the event

Well-preserved peaches, apricots, pears, nectrines and apples can elevate even the simplest of desserts to the next level, or add a terrific twist to a savoury worth savouring! 

Join our MySelf Reliance Fruit Canning Class as we participate water bath canning in this hands-on workshop.

- You will learn to bottle fresh seasonal fruit of your choice. 

- Can be used in dessert, yoghurt, smoothies, or on its own

- Can store in cupboard

- Walk away with a scrumptious jar of delicious preserved peaches or apples! Plus a 250ml jar of jam
