At our workshop, you will:

🥕 Learn the ancient secrets of fermentation and pickling. 

🥒 Discover how to extend the shelf life of seasonal produce and enjoy probiotic-rich foods year-round. 

🌱 Explore the health benefits, from enhancing gut health to fortifying the immune system. 

🍽️ Get hands-on experience creating classic ferments like sauerkraut and kimchi, plus a variety of pickled veggies. 

🛍️ Take home at least three of your own wild ferments to enjoy and share with friends and family. 

🔧 Gain the skills and tools necessary to continue your fermentation journey at home, becoming a fearless fermenter in your own kitchen!
