About the event

Do you feel like you have a lot on your mind with so much to do? Do you feel frazzled, frustrated or filled with fear for the future? Do you have trouble moving forward or accomplishing your daily tasks?

The JIGSAW method is a proven approach to have more fulfilment, peace and direction in your life. Join me for 5 days and we will establish the daily habits that lead to a more productive day and rewarding life.

The Method

Each day, we will meet on zoom for one hour. Maximum of 6 participants.  I will deliver a new letter and an activity that makes up the letters J.I. G.S.A.W. As we put the J.I.G.S.A.W puzzle together you will experience a whole new powerful way of being able to kick start your day. This is not theory, we will be doing the work in the program. You will find yourself writing, moving and meditating and more for a fantastic hour of power. 

When you set yourself up to have a great day, a great day can turn into a great week. String together a few great weeks and you are having a great month. A few great months will give you a great year.

It all starts with today. ❤️

Cost

The cost is $50 for the full 5 day program. Payments can be made direct deposit, details will come through in an email  upon registering. 

Where and When

The program takes place via zoom from 9.30am- 10.30am aest from Monday to Friday.  If you prefer an earlier timeslot, you could choose to take the class from 6.30am -7.30am aest on alternating weeks.  The link will be sent to you via email upon registration. 

About Kelli

Kelli has been an educator since 1991. Her passion for people and personal development has guided her to a career in Health and Wellness running a business and leading a team of brand ambassadors for the past 15years. During this time, Kelli has coached hundreds of women and men through Healthy Living challenges to eat clean for vitality, energy and clearer thinking. She is passionate about educating people about the chemicals used in personal care products that are harmful and toxic to the body and mental health.

When the world’s landscape started to change in 2021, Kelli turned her attention to helping people become stronger and more resilient through her Telegram channel Myself Reliance and Food Storage.
